Eastern Bluebird: Kennebunk, Maine, USA, September 2025 — Again with the young Bluebirds. I am pretty sure we have young from three different summer broods coming to the mealworms these September days. This would be one from the middle brood. (They might not all be “our broods”, as in off-spring of our adult pair.) This one is coming into its blue but not yet showing any brown. Sony a6700. Sigma 16-300 at 450mm equivalent.
