Black-shouldered Kite: Ishasha Sector, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda, August 2022 — I was not quite half way through my photos from Uganda in August when I left for Costa Rica on the first of December so I will be doing double posts for a while…otherwise I will be still hearing Africa and Costa Rica when I leave for India in March 🙂 This is the Black-shouldered Kite from a snag on the game drive in the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park…famous for its tree climbing lions, which I have yet to get a good look at.
