Given that, these are the Lightroom presets I use for 95% of my processing.<\/p>\n<p>Nikon P900 and P610. There are three in the zip file (WP will not let me post the individual files&#8230;only the zip). Nikon is my general preset, used for most of my images. Nikon HDR is for actual HDR files, and images that need a bit more opening in the shadows. NikonHDRlight is for images that just need a bit more light overall.<\/p>\n<p>Note that on the P series I set in-camera Noise Reduction to Low (NR-), and Active D Lighting\u00a0to Normal. For wildlife and birds, I use Standard Picture Control. For landscapes I use the preset Landscape Mode on the control dial, but if I were shooting in Program, I would use the Landscape Picture Control with Sharpening set to -1 at least.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/psnp.info\/psnp_\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/NikonPresets-2.zip\">NikonPresets (2)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Download the zip file and unzip. Open the folder. Drag the presets to your Lightroom User Presets folder. On my Windows 10 Surface Pro it is here<\/p>\n<p>C:\\Users\\Stephen\\AppData\\Roaming\\Adobe\\Lightroom\\Develop Presets\\User Presets<\/p>\n<p>Substitute whatever your user account is called for &#8220;Stephen&#8221; in the above.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t have a Mac, but according to Adobe, you can find your User Presets folder here<\/p>\n<p>\/Users\/[user name]\/Library\/Application Support\/Adobe\/Lightroom\/[preset or template folder]\/[preset or template\u00a0filename.lrtemplate]<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy&#8230;you can share these with close friends, but please do not repost them to the web or social media without crediting me \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I shoot all my cameras set with -1\/3 EV Exposure compensation.
