Lineated Woodpecker, Aguan River Valley, Honduras<\/p><\/div>\n

Taken from the bus, on the way to the Honduran Emerald Reserve, in the Aguan River Valley of Honduras. A relatively large woodpecker, a size larger than a Hairy Woodpecker here in the US. We were stopped for other birds, and the Lineated appeared in a roadside tree. Just a grab shot, but a very interesting bird.<\/p>\n
