As though &#8220;just&#8221; could ever describe a Great Spangled! Again this is in the meadows at Emmons Preserve, but in the upper meadow this time. There were more typical GSFs, with much lighter mantles, in the lower meadow on this day. The Knapweed is just about finished for this year&#8230;only a few blossoms left&#8230;so these might also be the last of the Great Spangled Fritilleries. <\/p>\n<p>Olympus OM-D E-M10 with 75-300mm zoom. 1200mm equivalent (2x digital extender).
