It sat there just long enough for me to get off a few shots at 1200 and 1800mm equivalents on the Canon SX50HS. The angle here is not quite right, but I took a chance even getting to this position, and when I moved for a better angle, the critter skittered again and was gone. <\/p>\n<p>This is the 1800mm equivalent field of view version\u20261200mm optical plus 1.5x digital tel-converter function. Even if the nose is buried in the juniper, I like the little \u201chand\u201d and that eye. <\/p>\n<p>Canon SX50HS. Program with auto iContrast and Shadow Fill and 1\/3EV exposure compensation. f6.5 @ 1\/400th @ ISO 100.
