This is red clover from the hills of Northern California, right along route 101 somewhere south of Ukiah. I suspect what I saw was only the first bloom\u2026and that this is a massive show of red by now. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/weiw.lightshedder.com\/Landscape-Wildlife\/N-California-2012\/i-qfWZ4J5\/0\/L\/IMG9034-L.jpg?resize=700%2C525\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Still these are impressive enough.<\/p>\n<p>Canon SX40HS. Program with iContrast and \u20131\/3EV exposure compensation.&#160; 1) 840mm equivalent field of view. f5.8 @ 1\/250th @ ISO 100. 2) 272mm equivalent. f5 @ 1\/250th @ ISO 100.
