It was somewhat of an exposure and processing challenge as I wanted at least a hint of green in the lawns and trees around the house on Lord\u2019s Point, without sacrificing the drama of the sky. \u2013 1\/3 EV exposure compensation, then, for the clouds and sky\u2026but that left the beach and especially the area around the house too dark. Fill Light in Lightroom brought that area up better, and, with a bit of added contrast, makes for just about the effect I was after.<\/p>\n<p>Canon SX40HS at 24mm equivalent field of view, f4 @ 1\/1250th @ ISO 100. Program with iContrast. <\/p>\n<p>Processed for Intensity and Sharpness in Lightroom, with additional processing as above.
