I had forgotten the liberty a true wide to telephoto zoom that is easy to carry brings. How much fun you can have. I don\u2019t feel like I am doing \u201cserious\u201d photography, so I am free to enjoy whatever comes my way. This Yellowlegs was fairly close and is actually standing still in both shots. It is the moving water, in a tidal creek with the tide going out, that makes the ripples. Sony a6700. Sigma 16-300 at 450mm equivalent. Aperture preferred program with bird and wildlife modifications (f7.1).
