Nubble Light House, Cape Neddick, Maine, USA, October 2025 \u2014 I drove a friend down to Portsmouth for an doctor\u2019s appointment yesterday, and since there were a few clouds in a blue sky we took the long way home to stop at Nubble Light. It was, once upon a time, my favorite place to test a new camera and lens, as I have a whole series of photos of the light with different cameras and lenses for comparison. That, of course, is not the best part of the light. With the right clouds out over the ocean and the late afternoon sun full on the buildings, it is simply one of the most stunning views in Maine. This is the Sony a7CR with the Sigma 16-28 at 16mm equivalent. Auto with landscape scene mode. Processed in Photomator.<\/p>\n
