Bull Frogs and Pickerel Frogs, Day Brook Pond, Kennebunk Plains WMA, Maine

The frogs were out in force at Day Brook Pond on the Kennebunk Plains Wildlife Management Area when I visited last…and they were unusually cooperative. The panel shows 4 different individuals. Two American Bull Frogs. The one on the right is actually considerably smaller than the one on the left. And two Pickerel Frogs, both about the same size…which is to say, much smaller than the Bull Frogs. Sony RX10iv at 600mm equivalent. Program mode. 1/500th @ f4 @ ISO 400 and 640.
